I have had these same rugs cleaned at other times by other cleaners, and I have never been so blown away impressed with the work and the technicians. These rugs had been abused way beyond normal use and they brought them back to like new condition. They repaired the fringe on an Aubusson rug, but also clipped and repaired loose threads on a braided rug that I had not even mentioned. The fringe on the little rugs went from black to white. The turn around time for the cleaning was less then I have ever had before (9 days). Elvis is a rare commodity – he is careful, attentive to details, willing to explain all that was done with the rugs and instruct me on how to keep them in good condition. “I could not be happier with my experience with TECHNICLEAN and it’s professionals. The experience was top notch from start to finish. I found the company originally through Angie’s List reviews. I needed to have the carpeting on the first floor of my home steam cleaned. The carpet is a light beige color which shows a lot of traffic and wear despite my attempts at regular maintenance. I was looking for an eco-friendly company- as I have several pets- and I was also looking for a company who could move furniture as I am unable to do this myself. Other companies obviously offer this as a service, but it usually seemed to increase the price substantially. Not so with TECHNICLEAN. I called on a Thursday and spoke with Sam to discuss prices. Her quote was fast, accurate and there were no hidden charges. They even had availability the next day, although I chose to book for the following week. Sam then called the day before to confirm the appointment and say the men would arrive between 9:00-10:00.
They arrived promptly just after 9:00 am. Originally, I had scheduled to have the four rooms cleaned but asked if they might have time to do the stairs as well. They were very eager to accomodate me and They got to work promptly after walking through the rooms with me. I found them to be extremely professional, friendly and helpful in explaining how the process would work. I showed them the trouble spots including an area in my office where I house a rabbit pen. Before they started the process, Elvis suggested that I may want to move the rabbit to another floor if possible since the truck outside on the drive would make a loud noise that could be aggravating to an animal- especially one with sensitive hearing. I thought this was a nice touch.
I was upstairs and out of the way for the majority of the work which took about two hours total. When I came downstairs I felt like I was walking into my house for the first time after moving in three year ago! The carpeting looked beautiful! Elvis and his partner (I’m sorry his name escapes me now) were so thorough, professional and efficient. They moved the furniture as discussed and then put it all back with protective pieces of plastic and/or styrofoam underneath everything. The weather was nice so I had opened doors and windows but there was no need. The chemicals they use smelled really fresh and clean and were not overwhelming at all.
They left us with several pairs of booties to cover our own feet, a bottle of spot cleaner (not needed) and a towel. The bill was about $325, exactly what had been quoted and discussed on the phone and prior to work being done. I am so pleased. I was dreading this whole process and had been putting it off thinking it would be a nightmare of hauling furniture, airing out smells, dealing with last minute upcharges, but TECHNICLEAN made it SO easy. I will not hesitate to call them again, nor will I put off cleaning my carpets for another three years after seeing the new life that a cleaning breathed into them. Aces all around. Well done, TECHNICLEAN! I will be recommending you to my family and friends.

We had a tight time table to have the cleaning performed after closing and before the move 2 days later. “I called around to several other companies to get estimates. This was for a home I was moving into that had lots of animals and children in it, as well as 3 months of remodeling. Elvis was the most responsive, and gave a similar price to all others. Additionally he was able to do all the cleaning I needed “one stop shopping”. Some others were just duct cleaners, did not do floors and vice versa. Elvis called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, and showed up on time, just as requested. Inspected what need to be done gave me an estimate of how long the job would take, and let me go about my day. Called within 30 minutes of finishing the job so I can meet back at the house, walked through and showed his work, and left some spot remover, and showed how to use it to maintain the now very clean carpet. The carpet was very dingy with lots of spots, and now looks great. The ducts are like new. And he was able to get all the paint drips off of the tiles. All smells of animal and remodeling were gone after the cleaning. The only minor issue I had was that because of the remodeling some of the vent covers were removed. I had them stacked, in the corner of a room; he only replaced the vent covers that he removed. I forgot to ask him to attach the ones I had removed. I guess it was my fault for not mentioning it. I would definitely use him again (and recommend him to my friends). But he did such a good job; I imagine that I won’t need to for quite a few years. I would strongly recommend him to anyone that asks.”

“This is actually the second time we’ve had them out. The first time was in August, 2011, when the came out to try to save a basement rec room carpet that was hit by a flood, and THEY DID. Speed was of the essence, and they came in a hurry; they talked with us about the liklihood of the carpet being pleasant again, and then we gave them the go-ahead to do their best. Their best was very good; the pad was a goner of course, but the carpet itself is fine.

I was so impressed that I decided to forego my annual November ritual of renting a carpet cleaner from the supermarket, and instead had them out to tackle our 12-year-old, light-colored living room carpet. Our living room gets as lot of living, and that is clear from the condition of the carpet. Wow, they did better than I could ever do! They spent lots of time scrubbing and steam-cleaning. They were neat, professional and pleasant. They gave me a free bottle of spot cleaner (my second one — I got one last time!) and extra plastic footies for walking on the wet carpet. Go with these guys; they are the best.”
